GoOlap Software currently only offers electronic support via email or our support newsgroups. This is to ensure that we do not spend an inordinate amount of time dealing with phone support issues, such as the tendency for phone calls to turn into "chatting" and the added expense of returning phone calls while problems are researched more thoroughly. Email and newsgroup support questions are answered within 12 hours of their receipt. Support email and newsgroup posts are reviewed every hour from 8:00 am EST to 8:00 pm EST, so the longest wait for a response should be 24 hours. GoOlap Software will provide support for those evaluating the any trial versions of products. However, we cannot provide technical support for any company or person that has returned a product for a refund.
